To set up or to change disc, pull plug out.
Use the correct cutting blade for the various material
Clean flange, spindle and cutting blade
Flanges should have at least 1/3 of cutting disc diameter
Diameter of spindle, and bore hole of the cutting blade must be the same. Bore hole of the cutting blade must not be enlarged
Arrow on the cutting blade and the direction of rotation of the machine msut be corresponding
Maximum rotation of the machine must not be faster as the allowed rotation of the cutting blade
Only work on right angle and on straight line. Curve cuts and edging may cause tears in the center or breaks of segments.
Avoid harsh starts and tilting blade while cutting. Do not overstrain the cutting blade. Pausing occasionally for cooling is essential. When not in use remove disc
To avoid damages, remove diamond blades from the machine during transit. Always war protective goggles, protective gloves, face mask, safety shoes and working clothes.
